    Safety Violations at Texas DuPont Plant Caused Four Worker Deaths

    Last November, four workers at a DuPont Co. plant in La Porte, Texas were killed after being exposed to a deadly airborne chemical called methyl mercaptan, a substance used by the plant to produce insecticide.     New Drunk Driving Law Takes Effect in Texas

    Last month, a new law aimed at decreasing the number of drunk driving offenses and protecting Texas drivers went into effect just before Labor Day Weekend. The accident occurred between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
