    Safety Violations at Texas DuPont Plant Caused Four Worker Deaths

    Last November, four workers at a DuPont Co. plant in La Porte, Texas were killed after being exposed to a deadly airborne chemical called methyl mercaptan, a substance used by the plant to produce insecticide.     Industrial Accident in NE Harris County Leaves One Man Dead

    An industrial accident at the Tenaris coiled tubing facility, located in Tidwell in northeast Harris County, has left one man dead. The accident occurred between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
