As an associate at Fibich, Leebron, Copeland, Briggs & Josephson, Jessica
Bresler represents clients in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries,
wage and hour violations, defective products, and land contamination.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked for law firms in Houston, Austin,
and San Antonio litigating disputes involving healthcare reimbursement,
ERISA, medical malpractice, eminent domain, construction defects, personal
injury, premises liability, and divorce.
After graduating from The University of Texas with her Bachelor’s
in English and Spanish, she attended South Texas College of Law on a Dean’s
Merit Scholarship. While in school, she lobbied for Texas CASA during

member of the South Texas Law Review.
She is licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern, Northern, Eastern,
and Western Districts of Texas, and is active in the Houston Bar Association
and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
