Attorney Lindsay Itkin strongly believes that employees should receive
a fair day's pay for a hard day's work and that individuals responsible
for causing damage to others should be forced to answer for their actions.
This strongly held conviction impels her when representing unpaid employees
as a lawyer at Fibich, Leebron, Copeland, Briggs & Josephson LLP.
Lindsay handles cases involving wage and hour violations on an individual
and class action basis in order to recover unpaid wages and benefits for
employees whose employers have failed to pay them in accordance with state
and federal law.
When not working with clients to regain their back wages, she also represents
landowners in contamination lawsuits against oil and gas companies and
individuals who have been injured as a result of negligence. Committed
to helping others, Lindsay Itkin has successfully and effectively represented
thousands of employees, as well as victims of catastrophic personal injury
and defective products. She has helped them recover their back wages,
or compensation for damages, among them many successful trial verdicts.
While completing her law studies, she worked as a summer associate at a
prominent personal injury law firm, which is where she realized her passion
for using her law degree to help others. This passion has not gone unrecognized
- from 2014 through 2016, she was
included in the Thomson Reuters
