Erin K. Copeland Speaks at American Association for Justice "Mass Tort Boot Camp"

Erin K. Copeland of Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs will speak at the “Mass Tort Boot Camp” in Santa Barbara, CA, a seminar from the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

At the seminar, Ms. Copeland will participate in three speaking events: Identifying a Viable Mass Tort: Case Selection (March 29, 9:00 – 9:45 a.m.), the Essure® Litigation Group Business Meeting (March 29, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.), and the Essure® Litigation Update (March 30, 8:45 – 9:15 a.m.)

As a speaker, Ms. Copeland will cover a variety of topics related to mass tort litigation, including the difference between prescription, medical device, and drug liability cases, and the benefits/drawbacks of large-scale and small-scale cases.
