Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs is proud to announce that two of our firm’s Partners – Tommy Fibich and Russ Briggs – were instrumental in the coordination of a $2.4 billion dollar settlement for Actos bladder cancer lawsuits.

The settlement – which was reached on Tuesday April 28 th – is intended to compensate thousands of individuals who were allegedly diagnosed with bladder cancer after taking Actos – a prescription diabetes medication manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Our firm congratulates Partners Fibich and Briggs on their significant victory – which can help thousands of families who were affected by cancer after taking Actos. You can read more about the settlement and their involvement on this press release or this New York Times article.
